Delivery Policy
Welcome to Seeds Of Truth's delivery policy. We are dedicated to providing efficient delivery methods, secure packaging, and transparent costs. Our commitment is to ensure that your gift box/basket reaches its destination in perfect condition, while keeping the process simple and clear for you.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the majority of the products in the baskets being food, we do not accept returns. All sales are final after the box/basket has been delivered. No exceptions. If you choose "no contact delivery", we are not responsible for any damaged goods after delivery is completed. A photo will be sent to you as confirmation of "no contact" delivery. When a person receives a box/basket in the Columbus region, we will ask for a signature as confirmation of receipt. If USPS delivers the box, no photo will be sent to you as confirmation of delivery. No signature will be required with USPS.

Gift boxes are shipped to Ohio residents only. We currently do not ship outside of the State of Ohio. The shipping cost for each box is $12.00.
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. All orders will have tracking number provided to you. If you need the box delivered to you earlier, please contact us directly to discuss options. Additional fees may apply.

Delivery in the Columbus area is on Fridays from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We personally hand deliver; we do not use other carriers to deliver in the Columbus region. Please order baskets at least 5 days in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
